However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to exchange a product. This exchange policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for exchanging items purchased from our store.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that perishable items, such as honey, cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Exchange Process:
We offer a 30-day exchange on any item damaged during the shipping process for items shipped in the United States.
To complete your exchange, all we require is your name, order number, and a photo of the damage sent to lavbeeco@gmail.com.

Please allow us 2-4 business days from the date of order.
